THE SHEPHERD’S PROGRAM
As our church continues to grow, we have run into times where the need for pastoral ministry required our pastor to be in two or three places at one time. Seeing that this inefficient and learning through spiritual gifts testing that we have many in our midst that are gifted with these pastoral gifts, we have created the Shepherd’s Ministry.
This ministry is an extension, not replacement, of our pastor. Our Shepherds pray for and check on their assigned sheep every month. When assigned a shepherd, you may receive a note of encouragement or phone call to see how you are doing or to update you on what is happening at the church.
But more importantly, if you need help, prayer, information, and cannot get hold of the pastor, then your shepherd is trained and ready to help.
It is our pleasure to introduce to you our wonderful shepherds and inform you whom they shepherd.
